Most clubs within DWAA have a qualified coach, and if you are a member of that club, these should be approached first if you require help with your shooting.

If there is not one available at your club, please contact

CCO: Kay Hobbs – coachingorganiser@dwaa.org.uk who will liaise with you about your request.

Becoming a Coach

Anyone wishing to become a coach, or further their qualification, should contact the county coaching organiser, Kay Hobbs – coachingorganiser@dwaa.org.uk. When sufficient numbers are received, the CCO will try to organise the appropriate courses.

Information about the coaching grades and the training required to achieve them can be found on the Archery GB website.

Information regarding coach courses in DWAA, including seminars and conferences will be emailed to licensed coaches and also put on the DWAA website news. These are sometimes open to archers and / or visitors from other areas.
